Dr. Burns has chaired many laser conferences and is a noted national and international speaker and authority on lasers and cosmetic surgery, vascular anomalies, and birthmarks. He is founder and director of the Vascular Anomalies and Birthmark Clinic in Dallas, TX. He has been voted numerous times by his peers to both D Magazine’s “Best Doctors” and Texas Monthly’s “Texas Super Doctors”.
